Items needed...[Your best str giving bonus armor like torso n rune defender n barrows party hat...ect]

(Note you should download the pictures ive put there for more help there small so they download fast...)

Training from lvls 1-20
You will want to train using the beging traing teleport wich is the fallador teleport on normal spell book

Training from lvl 21-40
You would wana train at rock crabs till lvl 40...use the monster teleport with is the ardagone tele port in your spell book.

You can also train at chaos druids for some seeds for herblore. You can get here by doing monster teleport.

Training to lvl 60
You should train at hill giants and moss giants till lvl 60. Sometimes you will get some dragon drops.

Training to lvl 75
You will want to train at daggonoths till about lvl 75. They also drop some dragon stuff and clues.

Or if you have like 45+prayer you can go train at mage arena with battle mages...i found those alright xp...bring a lot of p pots..and some sharks in case some pkers come by...

Kazzhar general or w\e he called in assult minigame is also a great way to train to 99 also u can sell the equipment u get form tht...

Training to lvl 99
You could train on slayer monsters till lvl 99. you can get a slayer task from Vanaka in the slayer tower. You will get awsome drops.
